What does "owns its own bank account" actually mean?+
Your agent gets a real FDIC-insured bank account with a routing and account number, issued through Unit.co. It can receive ACH transfers, hold a balance, and execute payments — but only within the spending limits you set. Every transaction is logged to your dashboard.
How does the WhatsApp warm-up work?+
Meta flags new numbers that start sending high volumes of messages immediately. We use a 2–3 week gradual ramp-up that mimics normal human usage. During this period your agent is active on SMS, email, and voice. WhatsApp goes live automatically once warm-up completes — no action needed from you.
How do I prove the agent is mine?+
Each agent is cryptographically bound to your identity. You receive a unique ownership token at creation that proves your control. You can transfer or revoke the agent from your dashboard. On-chain ownership is coming in the next release.
Can I train it on my business?+
Yes. During setup you define your agent's persona, knowledge base, and behavioral rules. The agent learns from every conversation over time. You review and approve learning updates before they apply.
What are the $5–15/month running costs?+

Can I shut it down or take it back?+
Yes, always. You can pause, reconfigure, or permanently delete your agent from the dashboard at any time. You can export your agent's full conversation history and configuration. This is your agent — not ours.
